Located in the heart of the Salamanca district, the Pardinas project called for a comprehensive reform of the space. To achieve this, all the walls were demolished and new installations and divisions were made to achieve a new environment. The spaces were maximized, natural light was incorporated and the original essence of the terrace was restored, including the exposure of the original cement beams. In the selection of materials, we chose natural stones, oak wood floors, and a mixture of wood, marble, and cement. The project was completed with custom furniture, textiles and carpentry, giving maximum prominence to an Italian lacquered kitchen as it distributed the space and the desire to live around it.
