We were commissioned by an investment group to transform an abandoned building in the Barcelona Olympic Village into 6 tourist apartments. We took care of the comprehensive reform, from the design of the distributions to the selection of materials and the "turnkey" delivery. To create a welcoming atmosphere in the corridors and entrance, we opted for a hotel-like style, using carpets and wood paneling on the walls. The apartments were designed with functionality in mind, making sure to include all the necessary elements for a comfortable stay. In addition, we implemented home automation systems throughout the building to promote the efficient use of supplies and encourage conscious consumption. This project combined both aesthetic and functional aspects to offer guests a comfortable and pleasant experience in the vibrant Villa Olímpica.
